What type of energy tariffs offered by Zebra Power for the UK households?

  • Variable energy tariff – Zebra Power can change your daily standing charge and price per kWh (unit rate) whenever they wish.
  • Fixed rate tariff – price per kWh and daily standing charge will remain fixed throughout the contract terms. Fixed rates are available for 12 or 24 months on a standard fixed or gold contract. If you want to switch early there is an exit fee of £60 applicable to both fuels.
  • Pay As You Go – Pay for your energy in advance by using an energy top up key or card, you can buy your energy in advance at post offices or authorised local dealers such as convenience stores or via mobile app.
  • Dual fuel energy tariff – It means Zebra Power will supply both electricity and gas to your home. Usually, dual fuel energy is cheaper when compared to single fuel energy supply.

Zebra Power can be contacted by phone and email but there’s no live chat and the FAQs are a bit limited.
