Their business model is based on a simplified pricing structure offering low cost gas to their customers. Daligas pride themselves on building trust and satisfaction for their customers.

Is Daligas a good company?

Daligas promise to create a personal connection with their customers and they have some positive reviews for their cheap tariffs. Their current 2 star rating on TrustPilot appears to be based on customers unhappy with their customer service. As a smaller supplier they’re not currently part of the Which? Survey. Statistics available on the website say there are 26.1 complaints for every 10,000 customers.

Daligas offer a freefone customer service helpline between the hours of 9am-5pm or customers can get in touch by email or using the contact form on the website. There’s no live chat facility.

Account management

The Daligas website isn’t particularly impressive but it’s easy enough to submit a meter reading using the online form. There is no login or account dashboard offering customers more functionality and they don’t currently have an app.
