It also decreased gas prices by 4.5% in March 2012. On October 15th 2012, it declared an increase of 9% in the prices of both gas and electricity. This was made applicable on 15th October 2012. The result of this price rise was £119 for its dual-fuel customer.
From 14th September 2011, the company implemented price rise of 18% in gas tariffs and 11% in electricity tariffs.
