There are two core medical insurance products available with CS Healthcare:

• Your Choice is a comprehensive bespoke medical plan offering you the opportunity to tailor your cover options of private diagnosis, treatment and further care. Greater flexibility is available using benefit add ons for comprehensive diagnostics, and cover for cancer and heart conditions.
• HealthBridge policies offer a connection from NHS services to affordable private healthcare covering diagnostic scans and tests, treatment and surgery. This provides a range of key benefits with an overall limit if £15,000 per year per person per policy.

All CS healthcare members can access additional support via the dedicated 24/7 GP helpline which is available 365 days a year at no extra cost and is available immediately on joining.

Members are automatically eligible to a range of discount schemes and heath benefits. Priority access and deductions on rates at Warner Leisure hotels are available, as well as discounted BMI Health Assessments which can help identify health issues and provide solutions to minimise risk. You can secure a discounted rate on Nuffield Health Gym memberships and access their Health Assessments at reduced rates. There are also savings on eye care at Vision Express and Travel Insurance via the Civil Service Insurance Society.

Pre authorisation must be obtained before proceeding with an appointment or treatment and a request form can be downloaded from the website.
