Here’s what you have to do to claim your gift card

How to get your £20 gift card

Firstly, you can compare, switch and save on your energy bills with us to qualify for £20 gift card. Please note, some energy suppliers can take up to 6 months to validate your switch. Gift card will be sent 4-6 weeks after this validation period. T&Cs apply.

A few things to bear in mind

  • You can only claim one gift card per household.
  • You will receive your gift card from [email protected] (you might want to add this email to your safe senders list, to make sure it doesn’t get dumped in your spam folder.)
  • Vouchers will only be sent by email.
  • Gift card offer only valid for online switches/ orders/ transactions ONLY.
  • Gift card offer is not available with any other offers , such as cashback (only one offer per customer is valid)
  • Gift card will not be sent until the provider has been switched.
