“I am slightly deaf and find speaking to any call-centre extremely difficult. Usually dialects or poor diction mean that I have to ask for questions to be repeated over and over. This operator spoke slowly and very clearly and was patient when I had to look up the answers to some of his questions. This was a first class experience. I wish I could remember his name………. “

The Free Price Compare website was extremely user friendly and they seemed to compare more than other comparison websites.
