Here’s what you have to do to claim your gift card

How to get your £10 gift card

*£10 Amazon voucher is only available when you switch gas & electricity at the same time (dual fuel). Please note, some energy suppliers can take up to 6 months to validate your switch. Gift card will be sent 1 - 2 weeks after this validation period.

A few things to bear in mind

  • You can only claim one gift card per household.
  • You will receive your gift card from [email protected] (you might want to add this email to your safe senders list, to make sure it doesn’t get dumped in your spam folder.)
  • Vouchers will only be sent by email.
  • Gift card offer is only valid for online switches ONLY.
  • Gift card offer is not available with any other offers , such as cashback (only one offer per customer is valid)
  • Gift card will not be sent until the provider has confirmed the switch has happened and the supply is still live.
