Here’s what you have to do to claim your gift card

How to get your gift card

You will need to switch your dual fuel energy with us to qualify for a gift card. Please note, this promotion is not available when you only switch a single fuel (e.g. you only switch your gas or you only switch your electricity) and some energy suppliers can take up to 6 months to validate your switch. Gift card will be sent 4-6 weeks after this validation period. T&Cs apply.

A few things to bear in mind

  • You can only claim one gift card per household.
  • You will receive your gift card from [email protected] (you might want to add this email to your safe senders list, to make sure it doesn’t get dumped in your spam folder.)
  • Vouchers will only be sent by email.
  • Gift card offer is only valid for online switches / orders / transactions.
  • Gift card offer is not available with any other offers , such as cashback (only one offer per customer is valid)
  • Gift card will not be sent until the provider has confirmed the switch.
