When is the best time to visit Kenya?

The best time to visit Kenya is from July to October, January and Feb. It is quite dry season in these months and convenient for animal safaris. The accommodation prices are so high that it is advisable to make bookings in advance.

November & December are shoulder season with short rain falls. You can still travel at a much lower cost provided you have made an advanced booking.

March to May is the peak rainy season with little or no traces of wildlife. Mosquitoes and disease causing insects are prevalent during this time and so, it is considered as the low tourist season.
