Npower has launched two new tariffs Online Price Fix May 2018 and Price Fix June 2019. Also at the same time they have removed Online Price Fix April 2018 and Feel Good Fix May 2019 tariffs from the results table. Changes are now live on our website and new tariffs are available for sale via all Internet and telesales channels.

Npower’s Online Price Fix May 2018 prices are fixed until 31st May 2018. This is an online-only tariff, which means that you must be prepared to manage your account online. This involves receiving and viewing your bills online, providing meter readings online and carrying out general correspondence online. There is a £30 per fuel cancellation penalty if you leave this tariff before the contract end date of 12/04/2018. The estimated savings figure on the results table assumes tariff rates and discounts remain the same for a year. After the fixed period of 31st May 2018, customers on this tariff will automatically be moved to npower’s Standard variable offline tariff which may be more expensive than Online Price Fix May 2018.

Npower’s Price Fix June 2019 prices are fixed until 30th June 2019. The estimated savings figure on the results table assumes tariff rates and discounts remain the same for a year. After the fixed period of 30th June 2019, customers on this tariff will automatically be moved to npower’s Standard variable offline tariff which may be more expensive than Price Fix June 2019.

Npower’s Online Price Fix April 2018 prices are fixed until 30th April 2018. This is an online-only tariff, which means that you must be prepared to manage your account online. This involves receiving and viewing your bills online, providing meter readings online and carrying out general correspondence online. There is a £30 per fuel cancellation penalty if you leave this tariff before the contract end date of 13/03/2018. The estimated savings figure on the results table assumes tariff rates and discounts remain the same for a year. After the fixed period of 30th April 2018, customers on this tariff will automatically be moved to npower’s Standard variable offline tariff which may be more expensive than Online Price Fix April 2018.

Npower has revised the prices of their Pre Pay Fix October 2018 tariff and renamed it as Pre Pay Fix October 2018 v2.

Please note this product is to cater for those existing customers on this tariff affected by the Pre Pay Cap. They will be moved onto the new version, with new prices effective from 1st April 2017. Changes are now live on our website and this tariff is for comparison purposes only.

Npower’s Protect and Fix November 2018 prices are fixed until 30th November 2018. This is an online-only tariff, which means that you must be prepared to manage your account online. This involves receiving and viewing your bills online, providing meter readings online and carrying out general correspondence online. This tariff includes 2 battery operated Nest Protect smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. The savings quoted include any discounts associated with this tariff. There is a £50 per fuel cancellation penalty if you leave this tariff before the contract end date of 13/10/2018. The estimated savings figure on the results table assumes tariff rates and discounts remain the same for a year. After the fixed period of 30th November 2018, customers on this tariff will automatically be moved to npower’s Standard variable offline tariff which may be more expensive than Protect and Fix November 2018.

There is a £60 per fuel cancellation penalty if you leave this tariff before the contract end date of 13/09/2018. The estimated savings figure on the results table assumes tariff rates and discounts remain the same for a year. After the fixed period of 31st October 2018, customers on this tariff will automatically be moved to npower’s Standard variable offline tariff which may be more expensive than Intelligent Fix October 2018 v2. This tariff includes a Third Generation Nest Learning Thermostat, excluding installation, which will be shipped within 28 days of your second fuel going live. A professional installation is highly recommended and is available separately via the Nest Pro network.
