Npower Reviews:

Npower is one of the Big six energy company formerly known as Innogy plc. It was accquired by RWE of Germany and since then it was renamed to renamed RWE npower plc. Energy regulator Ofgem fined Npower £26m for inaccurate bills and similar other issues. Npower customers rated the company 0.7 out of 10 at Trustpilot website. 800+ customers published reviews on website and majority of them wrote on company’s poor practice of treating customers ontime and inaccurate billing. Smart meter facility and cheap pricing would be the reason to switch to Npower.

Npower has launched two new tariffs Online Fix January 2018 and Feel Good Fix August 2018 v2 which has replaced their Online Price Fix January 2018 and Feel Good Fix August 2018. Changes are now live on our website and these tariffs are available for sale via all Internet and telesales channels.

Npower’s Online Fix January 2018 prices are fixed until 31st January 2018. This is an online-only tariff, which means that you must be prepared to manage your account online. This involves receiving and viewing your bills online, providing meter readings online and carrying out general correspondence online. There is a £20 per fuel cancellation penalty if you leave this tariff before the contract end date of 14/12/2017. The estimated savings figure on the results table assumes tariff rates and discounts remain the same for a year. After the fixed period of 31st January 2018, customers on this tariff will automatically be moved to npower’s Standard variable offline tariff which may be more expensive than Online Fix January 2018.

Npower’s Feel Good Fix August 2018 v2 prices are capped until 31st August 2018. If npower reduces their Standard variable prices any time before the contract end date, these prices will also reduce by a proportional amount. The savings quoted include any discounts associated with this tariff. The estimated savings figure on the results table assumes tariff rates and discounts remain the same for a year. After the capped period of 31st August 2018, customers on this tariff will automatically be moved to npower’s Standard variable offline tariff which may be more expensive than Feel Good Fix August 2018 v2.
