Npower Reviews:

Npower is one of the Big six energy company formerly known as Innogy plc. It was accquired by RWE of Germany and since then it was renamed to renamed RWE npower plc. Energy regulator Ofgem fined Npower £26m for inaccurate bills and similar other issues. Npower customers rated the company 0.7 out of 10 at Trustpilot website. 800+ customers published reviews on website and majority of them wrote on company’s poor practice of treating customers ontime and inaccurate billing. Smart meter facility and cheap pricing would be the reason to switch to Npower.

Npower has launched Online Energy Fix April 2019 tariff. Changes are now live on our website and new tariff is available for sale via all the channels.

Npower’s Online Energy Fix April 2019 prices are fixed until 30th April 2019. This is an online-only tariff, which means that you must be prepared to manage your account online. This involves receiving and viewing your bills online, providing meter readings online and carrying out general correspondence online. There is a £35 per fuel cancellation penalty if you leave this tariff before the contract end date of 12/03/2019. The estimated savings figure on the results table assumes tariff rates and discounts remain the same for a year. After the fixed period of 30th April 2019, customers on this tariff will automatically be moved to npower’s Standard variable offline tariff which may be more expensive than Online Energy Fix April 2019. Customers signing up to this tariff will get a free 12 month Time Out membership that gives access to a huge range of money-savings deals and discounts at restaurants, hotels, gyms and spas with many of the UK’s biggest brands. It also includes super savings on music, movies, games and discounted days out at hundreds of UK venues. In order to be eligible you must be 18 years or over and a UK resident, and provide a valid email address as part of your switch application. If you cancel your order before your fuel goes live you will not qualify. Offer subject to availability and may be withdrawn, suspended or amended at any time.

Below are the average prices by region for current average usage figures i.e. gas 12,000 kWh per annum and electricity 3,100 kWh per annum, dual fuel, and payment method is Monthly Direct Debit.
