First utility has launched new tariffs First Fixed September 2018 v5 Full Service & First Fixed September 2018 v4 Online which has replaced their First Fixed September 2018 v3 Full Service and First Fixed September 2018 v2 Online tariffs. Changes are now live on our website. Please note First Fixed September 2018 v4 Online is available for sale via internet channels only, however we can sell First Fixed September 2018 v5 Full Service via all the channels.

First Fixed September 2018 v5 Full Service prices will be fixed until 30th September 2018. There is a cancellation fee of £30 per fuel if customers leave this tariff after the supply start date and 49 days prior to the tariff end date. The estimated savings figure on the results table assumes tariff rates and discounts remain the same for a year. However, after 30th September 2018 first:utility will either transfer you to the closest equivalent offer available or their Standard tariff, either of which may be more expensive than First Fixed September 2018 v5 Full Service.

We have just gone live with first:utility – First Vine February 2019 tariff. Changes are now live and new tariff is available for sale via all the channels.

First Vine February 2019 prices will be fixed until 28th February 2019. There is a cancellation fee of £50 per fuel if customers leave this tariff after the supply start date and 49 days prior to the tariff end date. The estimated savings figure on the results table assumes tariff rates and discounts remain the same for a year. However, after 28th February 2019 first:utility will either transfer you to the closest equivalent offer available or their Standard tariff, either of which may be more expensive than First Vine February 2019. Customers signing up to this tariff are entitled to receive three boxes of wine worth over £130 in total and supplied by sipp. Each box contains three pre-selected wines which cannot be changed. Delivery is included. Within 45 days of your supply start date you will receive your first promo code via email inviting you to claim your first box of wine via the sipp website www.sippwine.co.uk. Promo code is only valid for 30 days of receiving the email and must be redeemed within this time. Two further emails containing promo codes will be sent by 31st May and 30th November 2018. If you leave First Vine February 2019 you will not receive any outstanding promo codes. First utility has launched a new tariff First Fixed October 2018 v2 which is now live on our website. This tariffs is available for sale via all internet and telesales channels.

First Fixed October 2018 v2 prices will be fixed until 31st October 2018. There is a cancellation fee of £30 per fuel if customers leave this tariff after the supply start date and 49 days prior to the tariff end date. The estimated savings figure on the results table assumes tariff rates and discounts remain the same for a year. However, after 31st October 2018 first:utility will either transfer you to the closest equivalent offer available or their Standard tariff, either of which may be more expensive than First Fixed October 2018 v2. This is an online-only tariff, which means that you must be prepared to manage your account online. This involves receiving and viewing your bills online, providing meter readings online and carrying out general correspondence online.

Below are the average prices by region for current average usage figures i.e. gas 12,500 kWh per annum and electricity 3,100 kWh per annum, dual fuel, and payment method is Monthly Direct Debit.

We have just gone live with first utility First Fixed March 2019 v5 plus and First Fixed April 2019 v6 plus tariffs which has replaced their First Fixed April 2019 v4 plus and First Fixed April 2019 v5 plus tariffs.

Please note First Fixed March 2019 v5 plus is available for comparison purposes however First Fixed April 2019 v6 plus is available for sale via all the channels.

Customers signing up to this tariff will receive paperless billing, however for an extra charge of £24 a year there is an option to receive a regular paper bill instead (not included in your savings figures).
