We have just gone live with Brilliant Energy – Fair Deal 3.1 Version elec which has replaced Fair Deal 3.0 Version elec tariff. New tariff is available for sale via internet channels only.

Customers signing up to this tariff will receive paperless billing, however for an extra charge of £5 a year there is an option to receive a regular paper bill instead (not included in your savings figures). Brilliant Energy’s Fair Deal 3.1 Version elec prices are fixed for 12 months beginning on the day Brilliant Energy starts supplying your energy. Customers on this tariff will pay by Direct Debit in advance each month. There is a cancellation penalty of £40 for electricity if you leave this tariff before the contract end date, which is twelve months from when your switch went live. The estimated savings figure on the results table assumes tariff rates and discounts remain the same for a year. However, after the contract period Brilliant Energy will either transfer you to the closest equivalent offer available or their Standard tariff, either of which may be more expensive than Fair Deal 3.1 Version elec.
