To get the discount you’ll need to stay with your supplier until it’s paid. How to apply Your electricity supplier decides who can get the discount – check with your supplier to see if you’re eligible and how to apply. Check with your supplier as early as possible. Overview You could get £140 off your electricity bill for winter 2017 to 2018 under the Warm Home Discount Scheme. The money isn’t paid to you – it’s a one-off discount on your electricity bill, between September and March. You may be able to get the discount on your gas bill instead if your supplier provides you with both gas and electricity. Contact your supplier to find out. 20 November 2017 We have just gone live with Utility Warehouse – Double Gold Fixed Price v16 which has replaced their Double Gold Fixed Price v15 tariff. New tariff is not available for sale via any of the channels. Under the Double Gold Fixed Price v16 offer your prices are fixed until 30th September 2019. There is a £25 per fuel cancellation penalty if you leave this tariff before the contract end date of 30th September 2019. Customers signing up to this tariff must take the Double Gold bundle which includes Home Phone, Broadband, Mobile and at least one energy service. Customers must continue to take Double Gold bundle for the life of the tariff – if they cancel any services, they will automatically be transferred to the cheapest standard variable tariff they are eligible to receive at that time. 20 November 2017 iSupply Energy has launched iFix 12-Month Dec18v4 and removed their iFix 12-Month Dec18v3 tariff. Changes are now live and new tariff is available for sale via all Internet and telesales channels. iSupplyEnergy’s iFix 12-Month Dec18v4 prices are fixed for 12 months beginning on the day iSupplyEnergy starts supplying your energy.  There is a cancellation fee of £30 per fuel if you switch away before the end of the fixed price period.  Customers signing up to this tariff will receive paperless billing and need to provide a valid email address for this. Your first direct debit payment will be taken on the day your switch goes live and then will be taken on that same date each month.
